Good morning! A question I get a lot is, "what does drishti madhu mean?" Drishti is the Sanskrit word for vision. A lot of Yogis will use this term in their classes. Your drishti is what you are focused on, be it in the physical form or the spiritual form. I will go deeper into the meaning of this in a video series coming soon.
